Minutes to create! One of everyone’s favourites from the book, is my FROSTY BERRY raw chocolate recipe.
This recipe has been featured on The Morning Show (click to view), across various websites/magazines and is so wonderful as it’s basically: Mix-mix, pour… and you’ve got practically instant setting, melt-in-your-mouth raw chocolate that’s bursting with juicy semi-frozen berries. No wonder everyone wants it.

Model Chocolate – ‘FROSTY BERRY‘:
This pretty, refreshing chocolate is perfect for entertaining supergorgeous people in a hurry.
60-70g cacao butter, chopped fine
1 tablespoon cold pressed macadamia or coconut oil
2 tablespoons tahini OR finely ground cashew/pecan/hazelnut butter
1 tablespoon raw agave or maple syrup
¼-1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup frozen mixed berries and cherries (OR any of your favourite frozen fruits to vary)
Melt finely shredded cacao butter and oil in a glass mixing bowl over boiled water. Remove from heat adding everything except berries and combine until beautifully smooth. Pour warm chocolate into a lined glass dish. Squander berries into the sea of chocolate and tilt dish to semi coat berries. The icy fruit will set it in less than a minute! Refrigerate. Serve from the freezer or fridge.
5 minutes to prepare. 1 minute to set. Makes chocolate for 4-6.
